DCLS helps people with developmental disabilities to reach their full potential by living and belonging in community.
We place a high priority on ensuring that those we serve benefit from the active involvement of family and friends – so they can be knowledgeable of the circumstances and choices available to them, consulted and engaged in those choices, and actively supported in their care.
DCLS provides Community Inclusion, Residential, Employment and Family Services through community-based locations in North Delta, Tsawwassen, Ladner and Surrey.
DCLS has been accredited by the Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) since 2002 and is an active member of Inclusion BC.
