Delta Community Living Society (DCLS) employs approximately 150 dedicated people on a full, part-time and casual basis. DCLS seeks to recruit and train the best qualified, most motivated employees, who can provide person-centred service in a respectful, appropriate and professional manner.

In short, we’re looking for people who are eager to share their skills and enthusiasm with others and help DCLS remain a ‘best in class’ service provider.
