Most services at DCLS are funded by Community Living British Columbia (CLBC). Eligibility is determined by CLBC facilitators, and referrals come from CLBC and are selected by families. CLBC-funded services at DCLS include a wide range of community inclusion and day services, a variety of residential services, employment services and a respite program.
